With a single-coat install, we clean your roof and apply a single coat of Duracool HS T2S White Coating, or other applicable coating for your situation. This system is ideal for a roof that doesn't have any leak issues. If you're facing higher AC costs, surface rust, or ponding water this is the system for you!
Level 1 Leak Protection System
Our level 1 leak protection system is our most popular application. This includes our standard 10 year warranty, which guarantees that the coating applied won't crack, peel, or come off. This system is ideal for a roof that experiences lighter leaks. It also still addresses higher AC costs, rusting, and ponding water. An additional 2 Year Leak-Free Warranty is also included.
